Who We Are

Caitlin Duffy
Creator / Co-founder
Caitlin (s/he/they) is an activist, artist, author, and radio DJ based in Middletown, CT, where she spent much of her early life in local arts and community spaces. Her father, who worked at the Record Express formerly on Main Street in Middletown, instilled a love for music in her at a very young age. She enjoys jamming on her many instruments including bass, banjo, cowbell, and kalimba.
Through her experiences, Caitlin developed a strong connection to the local arts community and an awareness of the barriers many people face. Caitlin co-founded Terrasongs to help address these gaps and to create more accessible pathways for musicians who are often overlooked.
She also serves on the board of The Buttonwood Tree, where she helps represent community voices and supports inclusive programming for local artists.

Derrik Bosse
Co-founder
Derrik Bosse (he/him/his) is a musician, web developer, and accessibility advocate based in central CT. His work focuses on accessible web design and community-driven music projects. He has performed since 2006 in a wide range of genres, including post-punk, rock fusion, R&B, jazz, and blues, and has collaborated with artists and ensembles across the region.
As music gigs and employment became increasingly difficult to physically access over the years, Derrik recognized firsthand the need to advocate for employment access for disabled workers and creative opportunities for disabled artists.
Derrik works as a freelance WordPress developer specializing in accessible, WCAG-informed websites for artists, studios, nonprofits, and small organizations.
